Yesterday we asked the question: Where Does Your Money Go? It’s amazing to analyze your spending to see where you actually spend your money.

If most of your spending is done with a credit card or a debit card, you don’t need to make a list; you can simply produce a list from your monthly statement.

Once you have a list, start reducing expenses.  That’s right: start cutting.

You probably can’t cut your big expenses, like your rent, quickly.  But you can cut your food bill, or your entertainment expenses, or the amount you spend eating out.  Pick one area where you want to cut, and then start cutting.

That’s it; it’s not complicated; you just have to start.  Now.
