in Budgeting, Money Saving Tips

As a bankruptcy trustee in Canada, I’ve heard it all, and so I know from experience that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.  Free offers normally carry hidden charges, so the offer isn’t really free.  A low introductory rate on a credit card will turn into a very high permanent rate in the future.

So today’s tip is question every offer you see; that’s the importance of being skeptical.  If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

Stick with what you know is true: spend less, save more, make a budget, and over the long term you will be financially successful.
