My name is Theresa Yates and I am a mortgage agent. I work with people and their situation to get them the best possible solution, whether that's a purchase, refinance, pre-approval or reverse mortgage.

Instead of looking at their re-established credit, they had to provide a satisfactory 12-month history of their existing rent payments by way of bank statements. With their 10% down payment, the couple was able to purchase their house, without waiting.
