I Have a debt of $52000 that does not include my mortgage, and i dont want to use my mortgage as its in both my wife and my names, i dont want to drag her into this, as its my mess. do i have any options? i want to enjoy my paychecks again!

You might want to try posting to this support group: bankruptcy-canada[dot]ca/support-group/ or just do a google search for "bankruptcy support group" it has a lot more members and I find the answers more helpful.
