Howdy avonannie,

To be honest I would file for a consumer proposal because your trustee can negotiate for you to pay back 50% freeze all interest during your payback obligations of what you owe to them.  It would be better for you financially and usually it is easier to obtain credit in the future once the debts are paid off..

I've been bankrupt and I've encountered lots of hardships, Needed to pay back all secure creditors, so it didn't really help me in the long run..

Hopefully it helps some what
