I am absolutely terrified.  I have lived in my home for 10 years and have 2 children to support.  My husband has a very good and secure job.  We have never missed a mortgage payment.....but...My debt is becoming unmanageable and we have been behind on some payments. I am self employed in real estate and as the market fluctuates so does my income....what did we do....borrowed on credit cards.  We have an outstanding reputation in the industry and am just horrified to approach anyone for advise for fear of it ruingin my business. My mortgage is to be renewed in 6 months and I am afraid they will look at my situation now and won't renew us.  My kids would be devastated.  I know we need help with credit counselling or something but am so afraid that will make it worse to get my mortgage renewed.  Has anyone had any experience with this effecting their mortgage renewals??  Please help! Huh Huh Huh
